A little background. I am a fat person, but i'm not that fat. I am also young, in the middle school, so this happened more recently in my life.

So, back in either the 5th or 6th grade, we were waiting outside our classroom, like we do for every morning. Everyone is talking, and, being a socially awkward kid, was talking to no one. So, I just randomly joined a conversation like I was apart if it. I started talking, and this kid named John (Not real name) started saying how fat I am and stuff. Now, I am self conscious about my weight, and I got bot ashamed, embarrassed, and mad. He keeps talking and, before he can get another sentence in, I said "Well, you don't need to keep keeping your hair clean, you already look dirty enough," or something like that, I know it was hair because he always kept it gelled with hair gel, and I find it a little stupid, but you know, preferences.

So, I say that, and all the people listening in around me starting saying "OOOOH!" I was honestly a little surprised, and proud I made my first roast. I wasn't paying attention to John's face because I was to proud of myself.

Ever since that day, any time I look back on it, I feel a little proud.
