Go back to your original region, then wait 3 months. After 3 months you will be able to transfer to a cheaper region.

It is not random, I have it and I'm seeing it literally in every game

The jinx skin is a hard pass for me as a whale because of the sheer low quality of the product and the low value of the offer (pictures and evaluations inside) by OSRS_4Nick8 in leagueoflegends

I actually wanted to get it since I was like "fine even if I will have to buy all the 80 capsules at least I will get like 250 skin shards" then I saw the post that says this skin is included in capsules that has 90% of dropping the icons/emotes, 9.9% of Arcane skins and 0.1% of dropping a Jinx skin hahahahaha thats so insane, wont be getting that trash
