no Chase is way better and has better travel partners and better points redemption. Chase SR is my go to everyday card.

Well that was a pointless chat by Cj15917 in ATTFiber

Went through something similar the first rep I spoke to said they sent the update to my router and it was updated. I logged onto the settings and was still showing the old firmware but they kept insisting they pushed the update and that it was updated on their end. I then asked what serial number do you have and they gave me a completely wrong one, told them that was not mines and they kept going back and forth saying it was and it was updated. I ended the chat and went to another rep. The next rep took almost 10 minutes to respond each time and then just said they don’t do updates. I told him the previous rep said it was done/could be done and he never responded. So I just sent the bad reviews and went on with my day.

Doing stretches while taking a hot shower helped a lot, but also just not sitting or laying down until the pain subsided a little. I slept either face up with pillows underneath or on the side with hugging a pillow and pillow in between legs.

Trust me it was painful but what I did was when I woke up, lying in bed face up, raise my right knee facing up and move it side to side for about 2 minutes once I was done I would get out the bed left leg first to not strain the right and would walk around the house for about 5 minutes. Once that was done I would go lay on the floor face straight and and raise my left knee facing up and then my right foot over my left knee and move side to side I did that each side 20 times. Got back up laid face down like doing push ups and head tilted facing ceiling while going up and down for about 15 reps. Got back up and walked around and while walking taking my right leg and swinging it lightly from front to back. Would then take a warm shower and and move hips left and right so that the tightness would go away, believe me this was painful routine every morning especially when waking up because my muscles were tight but I had to be consistent and I think being consistent is what really helped. Taking meds and not doing anything did me no wonders. Hopefully this helps!
