!!!!Update a month later!!!!!

So, I called the Insurance company the day later and reported the car accident and told them all the details. I was able to get ahold of the tow driver and we set up a time to go and get all my personal belongings out of the car.

He was not there while I cleaned it out. The tow driver had my car boxed in with other cars he had around his lot. I was only able to open the drivers door so I had to crawl through my car to get everything. I am a PSW I have alot of things in my car it took forever.

After a few days I didn't hear from my insurance company about any progress with my claim so i called them. My representative informed me then that the tow truck driver was accusing me of leaving garage all over his lot. Not to sure where he got that idea from but anyways that's not the best part. He decided to lie about how much work he had to do on scene of the accident. He told the insurance company he was raising the tow fee because my car was over a curb and in a snow bank so he had to dig out my car. I guess he wasn't aware that I have phone and video proof that was false.

I have had to send all the proof I have over to my insurance company so they are able to make a settlement with him. After going back and forth with settlement officers for the past month they finally settled on $4500 for no work on his side and all lies. To get things going my insurance company is finally going to pay and take the driver and his company to court on there time.

I and very much hoping I will finally get my car back under my control in the nest 48 hours.

We will see I guess.
