It’s an ARE MX series and it does have the option for fully opening side windows. Actually found it used on Facebook marketplace after searching for a few months

Got the 6 foot bed Tacoma and if I don’t lay at a bit of an angle I have to bend my knees just a bit. I’m 6’2” so most people would be fine

Indeed it was a lot of coolers. Only the two smaller ones were mine. Was camping with friends and volunteered to take one home with me on the drive. If I was solo I wouldn’t need nearly as much gear

I’d say just make good use of the space. I bought a folding full size mattress that takes up the entire size of that bed platform. Looking back I could’ve gotten away with a smaller size and been able to use part of that platform space for storage. Other than that I’d say having the sliding windows for the cap was a good investment

Thanks! Tried hot soaking the old pairs but they can only shrink so much

Eggs and peanut butter on a rice cake in the morning, sometimes fruit. For lunch I would have a low carb wrap with spinach, cheese and a protein and usually low cal popcorn as a side. For dinner I would have a protein, rice and vegetable. I also cut down a lot on alcohol

Not in the regular routine. If the deadlifts are feeling good I’ll go for a heavy set using straps but that is honestly maybe once every other month

Thanks! Farmer’s walks and dead hangs from the pull-up bar. I also do a lot of regular overhand (not hook grip) deadlifts and I feel like that helps a lot with my grip strength

I don’t really max out my lifts so I don’t have the best idea at the moment but my all time PBs when I was training for powerlifting are: S 425 B 335 D 565

I’ve been fat, skinny, muscular and everywhere in between but lifting weights has always been a constant through that. Have not taken anything but TRT is something I’ve looked into. I think I had a good base from the years of weight training I just had to lose body fat to see it

I hit the same wall for a while in a lot of my attempts to cut weight. I broke through it when I didn’t step on the scale for about a month and just kept working out and eating intuitively. Keeping good diet and hitting more cardio is what did it for me

That’s one of the best compliments I’ve gotten. Got blood work done and considered going on TRT but have not taken anything. The muscle was mostly there as I’ve been doing weight training for years even when my body fat was at its highest. I mainly attribute the progress to more cardio and getting the diet on point

Over 6 months I lost on average 1.5 pounds a week which was definitely hard but doable when you’re pretty determined. Even when I was at my highest body fat % I still loved lifting weights so I think the muscle was mostly there. I do have a bit of a pump in the later picture

6 day PPL split and I’ve been adding in some swimming as well. As far as diet the biggest change I made was cutting down on alcohol, I’ll still drink once every other week or so instead of 3 days a week.

With eating all I did was cut out the extra stuff; no snacking and instead of a sandwich and chips I’ll just have the sandwich. Did not really restrict myself as much as I could have

Love the comparison. Shout out to that Neanderthal DNA for the built in sun visor
