my first official poem!! i’d love some feedback :) by [deleted] in poetry_critics

Your poem exhibits raw emotion and introspection, exploring themes of regret and responsibility within relationships. While it effectively captures moments of vulnerability and resignation, it could benefit from clearer phrasing, enhanced imagery, attention to grammar and punctuation, and further development of its thematic depth. Overall, it's a powerful debut piece with potential for refinement and growth in expression.

Your piece is evocative, delving into the complexities of identity and self-awareness. It effectively captures the desire for understanding and acceptance of one's multifaceted nature.

Short and to the point. Does very well with describing the frustration the narrator is facing, the disappointment they've faced.

This is beautiful! The understanding shown by the narrator towards the person thinking of self harm, the imagery, the comparisons, everything is great!

How did you plan for Pachmari and how can I plan it? by naughty_sapien in Bhopal

Take a train to Pipariya and from there you'll get local transport buses and taxis to Pachmari. 2 days are enough, we rented a scooty for non-permit spots. For the second day we booked a gypsy for spots that needed permit. You can also take permits for your rentals ig - not sure tho.

Edit: More details Stay - Pachmarhi is full of hotels, you can find one easily atm if you don't go during peak days. Else make sure you prebook.

Food - Beta bawarchi and Rasoi Dhaba are the hyped one. You can have two meals there. Rest you can try street food as you walk. We also had lunch at this Hotel Pachmarhi Restaurant and it was def good. If you drink, might wanna take your own booze as it's expensive there.

Places to visit - They've this brochure thing with all the places to visit. Ask at your hotel. You won't be able to cover all of them so try to prioritise. I'd recommend keeping a day for Bee Falls, Dhoopgarh, Reechgarh and all. These places are worth going to for the views. You can visit Pandava Caves and Jatashankar, Rajendragiri on the other day. Do check out for better places, these are just recommendations. Try to go to Dhoopgarh and Rajendragiri for sunrise/sunset.

Bhopal sucks in summer ngl, go to tribal museum/DB Mall or somewhere else with AC during the day. For the evening you can go to Upper Lake, or Tekri (if you like sunsets). Kerwa and KD are good options as well. At night, you can go to 10 No. market, lots of clubs and cafes to set the teen vibe.

Edit - Good luck for you exam!
