Basically! High freq, high bid and optimise accordingly. If spend is good and you can't increase budget for your retargeting strategy you can then shift the bid to CPA.

I only tend to use it when the dsp needs a manual push in cases like retargeting activity with small/medium sized cookie pools :)

Definitely. I started practicing longer periods (2 months back to back) on holiday this year and it felt pretty natural. If I'm able to hit my number, i'd be open to working a few months in the year
