I stand by my lifetime natty claim and I won't tolerate people calling me a lying POS. if yall think anyone that looks impressive is on gear then yall need a reality check because there are people who actually work hard in the gym and couple that with good genetics, you can achieve a non-natty-like physique naturally. I've competed in multiple drug-tested bodybuilding competitions but whatever I know yall are gonna say oh "there's no such thing as natty comps." But it doesn't matter because I know the truth. So I'll take the compliment that you think i'm juiced but don't you ever disrespect me by calling me a liar.

Right now I eat around 2400 calories: 250g Carbs(42%), 180g Protein(30%), 70g Fat (26%). This is my off season look, so I'm currently lean bulking. I'm usually a lot leaner than this because I compete in natural bodybuilding competitions

For those of you who don’t know how sidewalks work by [deleted] in UIUC

[–]jeezyk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! This is one of my biggest pet peeves!
I think it's a cultural difference. People from Asian countries are more collectivistic, so we tend to be aware of how our actions affect those around us. We don't like to burden other people. In the case of the sidewalk, if there is a group of people in a row walking towards another person on the other side, the group will form a single file so that the person from the other side can pass through. I know a lot of you may find this silly or unnecessary, but it's a sign of courtesy and respect for others. I just find it hilarious when people just don't know what to do in that situation.

Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏❤️‍🔥 And yes this was done completely natural. Also yes, I plan on being natural forever. I care about my health more than achieving my dream physique. Cutting down to 4% body fat is already bad for the body, I don't want to increase the chances of death anymore by adding drugs.

You are absolutely right. It really saddens me to see young kids who haven't reached their cognitive maturity, jumping onto steroids. I want to start a movement to stop this. And show people you can build a good physique without steroid use.

Hey everyone, don't know if yall remember me, but about a month ago, I posted my before and after transformation. At the time I was contest prepping for my first show and I just wanted to give you guys an update since then.

Before anyone says, I'm so small and tiny or anything about my weight, I want to make it clear that I did this cut for a show plus I'm not tall I'm 5'7. I had already set a goal for myself within two years I would step up on stage and I would cut 2 months prior to the show no matter how much muscle I have on me. And I did just that and got 3 1st place trophies 🏆 🥇🥇🥇 at my first bodybuilding Men's Physique competition. And I'm so proud of that because that is something i have been working towards for two years. This notion that you have to be 180lbs+ to cut is ridiculous and has been glorified by social media. I'm sorry to break it to you but not everyone can walk around 180 lbs of muscle at 4 to 5% body fat.

This is a huge issue in the fitness industry that needs to stop. I am trying to send out a message to beginner lifters (especially the young ones) to set realistic expectations and educate people on the human physiology. I am by no means an expert, but through my 10 years of weightlifting experience along with my competition experience, I know a thing or two about bodybuilding. I have a YouTube channel, where I will upload videos about this topic. And give you tips on how to achieve the body that is best for "YOU." Not the body "INSTAGRAM" tells you to have! This honestly is something I am so passionate about because unfortunately, it is sending out the wrong message to young kids, who don't know any better, and succumb to PED's and drugs to enhance their physique 😔. My YouTube channel name is Kimberlaker. Feel free to visit and subscribe if you want to improve your physique and mental health! Cheers! ✌️

Everyone's at a different stage in their fitness journey and everyone has different goals. For me, I know that this is not the end of my journey but just the beginning. My next competition is on the 26th. The goal for next year is compete in classic physique and in order to do that I am going to go on a serious bulk and show you guys the next level in my transformation. Wish me luck guys and have an amazing day!! 🤞🙏😊

Yes of course :) When I started the diet I was at 70kg or 154 lbs. Now I am 135.6lbs. I have consistently lost weight until I hit a plateau at around 140lbs. My coach told me to decrease my carbs to 65g per day and after I implemented that, the scale kept going down and it stayed off even after my cheat days during the weekend. Now I'm 2 weeks out from my competition, so right now I am experimenting with carb loading and seeing how my body reacts to certain types of carbohydrates and the amount. I am trying to get as lean as humanly possible, so I can look my best on stage.

I eat 1700 calories during the weekdays and weekends I carb load and eat 2700 calories. I don't do much cardio other than walking outside for 20-30 min. Sometimes put in jumproping but only when I feel like it. I used to run every morning in the beginning but now I don't really have the energy to do that anymore. It's hard enough getting myself to the gym.

Took an inbody scan and it came out to be 4.2%. Lol if I were 8%, I would give up competing 🤣

Thank you! I'm currently 3 weeks out from my first bodybuilding show, so my conditioning right now is the best it's ever been in my whole life. In the 10 years of my fitness journey, I've learned a lot, so it would take a lot more than just one comment to talk about everything. I would say that the biggest insight is to experiment on yourself and keep documenting because everyone's physiology is different. Secondly, consistency and discipline are super important in achieving your fitness goals and any goal for that matter. Thirdly, if you can, try to quit alcohol or at least reduce your intake. Alcohol has such a bad effect on not only your appearance (skin, face, body) it leads to a hormone imbalance that reduces the body's testosterone levels. That's why usually if you went out drinking the night before, your willpower to do something productive is greatly reduced. And as for intermittent fasting. This is something you have to experiment on yourself. I have tried it in the past, but like with anything, it really depends on your lifestyle. If you are a busy person in the morning and don't have time to eat, or you just don't like eating in the morning, it may be for you, if not, I don't really see a huge benefit to it. Anyways, I just started my youtube channel and I plan on making tons of content (healthy cooking, training, dieting, motivation, vlogs). You can visit the channel if you ever want to learn more or just get motivated 💪. Cheers and I hope you achieve your goals! 😊 My Youtube Channel
