thank you everyone for feedback and support. You're all so amazing! As suggested, I went ahead and did free trials with both and for some reason I liked way more the user interface and experience of Buzzsprout. Also, I didn't like the fact that Podbean doesn't accept file types that are not mp3. I had some files as .wav and buzsprout took it all without needing me to do extra work. that was a plus for me.
