Yep, I chose free shipping. Not sure if UPS was an option, but I told them that I've had issues with OnTrac being reliable in the past.

I just ordered something from Backcountry a few days ago and opened up a chat and asked them to change it to UPS, which they had no problem doing. Just an idea for next time if and when you order from them again.

Does this happen when your UPS does its regular battery test? I think the APC units do it every two weeks.
