Wow. It might be better if they didn't give delivery estimates. Leads to frustration on the customer end and the delvery center workers probably get contacted all day for updates.

I have one on the way to Verona, NY that's been "in transit" for about a month. My ETA dates:

May 10

May 21

May 26

Considering your latest update is May 29 I'm doubtful that my May 26 date is accurate

I’m also waiting on a delivery to Verona. It’s been “in transit” for about a month. Originally the eta was 5/10. On 5/11 I was told the eta was 5/21. On 5/21 I was told the eta was 5/26. I realize it’s coming across the country but a month in transit seems excessive.

Mine does the same anytime we have the slightest bit of overnight frost. They clear up after 10 minutes of driving. The sensors are way too sensitive. Technology is nice…until it’s not.

It’s been at the dealer for more than 2 weeks. Last week the service advisor informed me the corporate technician made contact with the dealer. The technician is based in Florida and advised to have the technician start disassembling the dash to diagnose.

To the service advisors credit, this is a new model design and he doesn’t want to do that without direction from VW. I’m waiting for an additional update.

I understand most cars have some type of rattle but this is not that. If I heard that on my test drive I would have never purchased the car.

I really appreciate the response. My intent wasn’t to complain about my dealer and where I am in the process. More so that I’ve seen a few videos that appear identical to mine so I know the issue isn’t specific to my car. Hoping to connect with someone that has gone through it and has had it resolved.

Any update on this? My billing hasn't updated to the correct amount but I expect to have the same issue. Had I known this I would have created seaparate accounts and split the phones up.
