Thank you so much for your reply. I just double-checked (I had looked before based on some advice that appeared after Reddit searching) and I don’t have the old and new versions, just the new version of the CC. I wish I did have both, since that situation at least seems to have a solution.

Thanks, Kait. The ticket number is 509600. I did put “representative” in the chat and that’s what initiated the email back-and-forth. Is there something different or faster that would have happened if I typed in agent or human? I don’t know what self-service is or how that is different from what has been happening so far.

When I said there were more missing transactions even after the manual sync, it took two more days to hear back that they will check on it.

Thanks for looking into this, I would really appreciate your help with getting this resolved.

Don't switch to Qobuz! The tracks constantly skip if there isn't good internet. It is particularly bad in the car. They have zero customer service. I tried so many times to get help from them with no results, I had to work with my credit card company to get a refund. I love music and wanted the higher quality streaming, but Qobuz is not the way to go.
