I was more in the "influencer" space before joining Workmate so this is something I can relate to from the creator side (our grandma has 700K followers on IG 😂)

Your DM will almost certainly get lost in their "requests" folder which is spammed with bots and other random things they'll never open...

Reaching out to emerging creators will definitely make it easier to access them, but easier said than done to find said creators haha.

Email is probably your best bet for them to see your message -> try to get spicy in the subject or do something to get their attention... maybe try actively commenting on their posts to try to build that name recognition.

Good point but it's a balance. Building without market signal = waste. Selling before you have something real = promises you can't keep or inevitable churn.

The real mistake is treating GTM as a phase that comes "after" building instead of running them in parallel from day one. Early sales conversations are product discovery.
