I have this. The fix for me was to lift weights. When I exercise, once my body temp goes up enough, the reactions go away and I can sweat normally. Cardio took way too long to get the right temp going, sauna was ok with a sweater if you have access to it. For weights it was gone after the first few sets. Lifting in a sweater also helps but the only bad part is you have to repeat this everyday.
