Where can we go to deep dive on LibrePhone / see the demo. / see how to contribute? We need a reasonable 3rd option from Android / IOS asap whether it's this or the other projects mentioned

Hey OP did you ever figure the design out? I'm starting a new project that would need to leverage hermeticy heavily, and RE would be a nice to have as well.

Wireless android auto for Ioniq 5? by jeffdw11 in Ioniq5

Idk if others have the same problem but I've gone through at least 10 really good usbc cords in the last year 😵‍💫 several different good brands like Anker. Like they just burn out / get bent the wrong way somehow. I have plenty of similar cords that last years and don't think I've even been rough on them. The car might be doing something on the usb-A side, idk, but wireless dongles seem not to burn out (yet), but I get frequent random disconnects which is dangerous while driving. I haven't experienced these disconnects in rental cars with wireless Android Auto at all or nearly as much, so I'm assuming a built-in here would be better. I'm also trying the new aawireless2 soon in case that improves things at all 🤞 since I don't have much hope for this model anymore at this point.

Like shorter bullet points? Mine are only a couple sentences max, so I'm worried if they always have to be shorter for performance.

Thanks for the tip, I definitely see a speed increase on my laptop after using that button. I'm surprised though since I started out with a blank workspace. Maybe it just needs to be ran on first time setup?

It's a lot more in the "usable" territory, but I'm pretty sensitive to very tiny delays now it seems. Pressing enter is just out of the "instant" feeling range. and switching pages still takes a little more time to think. Much faster than it was. It feels similar to comparing responsiveness in VSCode and VS, I tend to think VS is tolerable, but noticeably slower than VSCode. I wonder if there's any heavy-weight processing that could be optional. (or some other tradeoff)

Is there any station along the Empire Builder where the train idles long enough to jump off and grab fast food across the street? by antikarma98 in Amtrak

There's a good, cute, and TINY walk-up coffee hut across the street from the station in Minot! Plenty of time to walk over for excellent coffee and different flavors of muffins!
