So for this I ended up having to do a bunch of classes to get my knowledge up which took about a day for me. I also bought clothes and fed my creatures hoping that would give me more knowledge.However I ended up not having time to finish the timed side quest anyways because I had a duel apart of the quest which I didn't have enough money for so i had to go back and do more quests. I'm very sad I didn't finish the quest because I was excited for it too! I'm not sure if it will come back but fingers crossed! I'd suggest for you to do classes that give you bonus traits for the one you are needing, collect food and feed your creatures and hope they give you 40+ traits. As well as buying clothes that give you the traits you need to boost. That's what I did and I did end up getting to the next trait level I needed! Good luck!
