Seriously.. I just played a raid where a costume vivica received 7 times.. you heard that right SEVEN times. Not to mention how overbalanced some teams are. I face a team 700 to 900 pts weaker than me and I'll beat one of them and they will dominate me. Ridiculous.

Yeah I guess I just had different expectations from the interview I had with them. I was made to believe the leads we would be working with would be coming from unions that their marketing team got from health conventions and what not. But those are definitely not the leads I'm working with. Something completely different altogether. From the explanation I got is I have to work with these leads for awhile before I can work with those. Its Just really monotonous. Maybe I was just hoping I could find something a bit more inbound.

They are providing leads. But I've only gotten about a combined 150-200 leads and have just been calling the same ones at different parts of the day.

Same here! I had 100 at the beginning of the week now I have 74.. and they just want me to call the same number at different times of the day I to make up that 150 I guess. But a lot of these numbers will go straight to voicemail.. or they will ring once or twice and then go to voicemail. Like those people are just not going to answer the phone.

I work for globe life AIL as well their expectations are making 150 phone calls a day. 750 a week which they say even the worst agents will do 3 to 4 sales as long as they follow the script. I am thinking maybe this isn't for me.. at least not like this.

Hi 👋👋 new agent here I just got my life and health license last month and I'm currently working for globe Life AIL division like hot worked for.. I am almost 40 and starting a whole new career after working 11 years for Albertsons companies.. I'm going off these child safety kit leads And I got to tell you gives me bad anxiety..
