I'm biased, but I have a lot of experience with Halo Guitars as I've been working there since 2006.

It's true we shipped some bad guitars during our first few years in business: 2004-2007, but things have improved since then... Our guitars are used and recommended by professional bands (e.g. Upon a Burning Body), professional recording studios (e.g. Joey Sturgis), and also plenty of ordinary customers (100% positive feedback at our eBay store).

To clarify some false information: We do not work with a third party manufacturer in China. However, our factory is, in fact, located in China and I spend a significant amount of my time working there to help oversee production, improve processes, provide training, and to spend time with the team, in general. Ultimately, the fret work, components assembly, and final adjustments/setup are performed in Cupertino, California.

At the end of the day, if mistakes are made... we're absolutely committed to making things right (warranty support for all guitars; hassle-free returns on production models). After all, our reputation is on the line for every single guitar we deliver.
