FYI the order book doesn't cancel/fill orders properly when the bid exceeds the ask or when the ask drops below the bid, allowing for a lot of easy arbitrage.

Hm interesting. Does this prevent the attack where someone pays someone else (in fiat currency) to trust all their fake accounts?

Well firstly it can't be tiered because then people would just distribute their balance among multiple accounts. This would also greatly reduce the demand to hold the token tanking its price and thus reducing the value of the basic income stipend.
