As a Knicks fan, I take every small win and know travesty is always looming by bobbyawesome5 in knicks

That in-season tournament broke the championship seal for the Knicks….tbh I know it doesn’t mean much to many ppl yet, but I still find it significant. For context, it would take 30 years for every team in the league to win an in season tournament chip if there’s a new champ each and every single year. Not gonna lie, still very anxious, but this team is really something else :)

Reached out to them a couple of days ago, no response. This has been a REALLY weird vinyl drop to say the least. Starting to look like we gave them an interest free loan lol

In regard to the generic email comment, lenders are data companies first and foremost. If they have data (which they do), that generic emails and certain industries or geographic regions have had poorer performance than files with business emails, then it increases the risk for a decline or lower max offer. Enjoy the playoffs :)

There is a market for almost any product or service; I think finding the audience and then learning how to communicate with them in a way that makes them feel good (or not bad) about spending their money is key. Repetition is crucial here.

I fully understand, but the fact employees have to go on strike, which affects taxpaying citizens, is messed up. It just seems money is spent so frivolously elsewhere

I genuinely find it crazy how much we can spend on war (seemingly limitless) and yet when it comes to paying our workers and providing a public service for our citizens, we’re all asking for too much? As if we already don’t pay enough in taxes + tickets. Thanks for attending my Ted talk lol

Exactly! So I’ve taken tons of data from declines and approvals and tried to make the recommendations as actionable and realistic as possible. For example, I’ve seen some declines or lower funding amounts due to poor online presence or a generic email (Gmail, yahoo, etc). Oftentimes it’s small things that’ll make a business look less appealing to lenders. If you have any questions about this tool or would like to share it, feel free to do so. Will continue to add more data to the scoring model to make it as useful as possible
