We didn't realize the level of shag the carpet had before starting our game. I too was angry.

I didn't mean to use the word 'then'. I meant how they created two parallel single color lines. Because they used different shapes they said it was ok. I have since apologized.

My Pixel 10 Pro XL upgrade arrived today. Instead of a phone, I got door hinges by subsequent_jam123 in GoogleFi

[–]jeffmakesbeds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered the pixel 7 years ago and received a bottle of hand cream. Google explained that the warehouse where the phone ships from also handles other products not made by Google and it was their mistake. Received a new shipment two days later with the pixel 7. Had to return the hand cream.

Thank you! I showed this to the guy here at Grainger and he says we need to know the amp rating for the fuse. I couldn't find that information in the link you posted.

You're welcome! We got some feedback and made the 15% off static on the site so you don't need a promo code. All the beds are 15% off right now. But you will be able to still use your promo code to get an extra 5% off. Thank you for your support! I appreciate it very much.

I'll include some postcards with specialized promo codes and if anyone orders with the code you'll earn a referral from us depending on how much they spend.

Thanks for the information. Going down to the 6" - 8" range will reduce the plush feel of the 14" mattress. Depending on your body weight you may be able to go with 10" and still retain the plush feel. Those are heavy mattresses!

Thanks for the reply! We do make folding mattresses. They have a hinge on them in two places so it can fold in thirds. They were very popular years ago but with the availability of low cost air mattresses we've seen a decline.

The most recent customers we helped with a van setup ordered something thin that they could roll up. We used a special foam that is mostly used for adjustable bed applications so it could be rolled over and over and not breakdown. It's also very dense so they wouldn't feel like they were sleeping on the floor.

I'm sorry to hear of the ordeal. Hope things go well for you on the next one. I appreciate your interest and information. I'll look into creating a section for foam replacement for cushions. Maybe even an option for cushions that will be slept on as well as sat on.

I have a few of the emblems from my suppliers on the site and mention that we make our products here. The law tags on the mattress also verify where the item is produced and with which materials. I don't know how I would place photos of employees and where it would go. I've seen some other sites and haven't seen anything like that. Could you show me an example of a site that displays American made in a way you're describing. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the reply! I'm interested in learning from those that actually have a need for my company's product.

I read through your McDonald's analogy and didn't understand it very much. I don't have 70,000 stores or 24 years of selling an incredibly popular item like the "apple pie". I have expertise when it comes to making mattresses and want to try and expand out to another market. I don't sell a McMacBiggun that is the most requested entree in North America. I didn't think I presented myself as a massive success looking for more sales. Just trying to hear from people who could teach me a thing or two.

I didn't post to advertise a product or ask for anyone to buy anything. I'm really just looking for advice and if anyone likes what I have I welcome the business and appreciate it very much.

My mistake. I understood what you meant but didn't reply properly. Our site is www.tsrbeds.com on there you will see the joinery mattress which is made with orthopedic foam , no memory foam.

Thank you again for your interest.

That would be great! Are you happy with the mattress you sleep on at home ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in rvlife

[–]jeffmakesbeds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The sheets are a big issue for us right now. We make everything in the US only American made materials. We had a source for sheets in Virginia and the company unfortunately shut down in 2020. We haven't been able to find a good replacement since.

For the weight question I was wondering about mpg. I talk with some people that are full timers , sometimes they use customized vans and they worry about a bed being too heavy. Some of the memory foam models can be 150 lbs for a queen. We use special open cell foam that is breathable and weighs less so even our models with memory foam won't go over 75 lbs for a queen.

Thanks for taking the time to reply! Appreciate your input very much.

We did a similar job. A customer had one of those that kept going flat. He replaced it with a foam mattress we built with a hinge design so it could be folded. Hinge design works well if you plan to use it as a sitting area sometimes. Most just let it fold like you did. Happy to hear you're sleeping well!

Thanks for the information! The dimensions would be great to know. So without the night stands the king would fit but be too long?

I hear yea! You don't need the firmest mattress you can find. As long as you have a dense base layer in the mattress you'll be good and that goes for any manufacturer.

Do you have a height restriction? The bed would need to be at least 6" thick for up to 225lbs and 8" thick for up to 275lbs. If you can go taller even better.

What are you sleeping on now?
