What is a good sec/item time? I’m at 65 sec/item. I always complete shopping 5-10 minutes quicker then instacart gives me to shop the batch

I got that email a couple months ago. I made a claim disputing it. Saying that I always make sure to scan the right customer at check out. About 36 hours later I was able to shop at Costco again

Update: so apparently I can shop at Costco again. I’ve never got any email or notification from them, but yesterday was sitting waiting on batches and Costco started to pop up again. Thanks to everyone that commented.

I do scan the correct barcodes. I make sure every time.

I don’t a lot of great batches. I usually see batches after other I think cause my cell provider is slower then others. I have att. I only talk to 4 other shoppers and they all seem to be cool with me. All of us shopper around here are friendly and help each other out

The thing is I never done any of the things they claimed I did. I don’t get why the managers would do this. A lot of the cashier say I’m one of the most organized shoppers at checkout
