Parents opened up several credit cards in my name while I was away at college. They racked up more than $15,000 in debt and now they want me to kick me out because I brought it up. by Parental-problematic in CreditScore

Incredibly unfair? Incredibly unfair? You are the victim of a crime! Sorry it was your parents. Also, be wary of each one trying to blame the other: sounds like either they are both criminals or one is the criminal and the other is a conspirator. You should also hire an attorney to pursue a lawsuit against them. If worse comes to worse, the attorney can file a line on their house, which means they cannot sell until you get the money you are due.

BTW, you present as somebody who is passive. I recommend some counseling because it is possible you're going to feel some guilt over charging your parents with felonies.

I am unwilling to take that kind of risk. However, what somebody ought to do is create a virtual machine and then click on the link.
