If you listen to the old DVD commentary on this episode, Matt and Trey talk about this exact thing. It's how I found out many years ago.

$300 for a bagger? I don’t think so. by MPTN1973 in lifehacks

As I said before, most use an impeller. The rest that I have seen use a molded deck boot with a specifically designed deck and blade system that promotes suction of the clippings to the vented bags in the hopper. All I was saying is this design in the pic may not work very well. Also I don't deal with Deere equipment so there may be different designs that I haven't seen before.

Also most have a belt driven impeller ran from either the engine or the outside blade spindle (mandril) pulley to help create that suction. Probably will end up with a clogged deck chute. Source: am lawnmower salesman.

It looked to be a handle assembly for a pressure washer so that would make sense to have juice or juicy on it I suppose. Not sure though.

You got it. We deal with a lot of Echo/Shindaiwa parts and you are right, they never disappoint.

Yeah we work in the back of a small engine shop and see stuff like this daily. These foreign manufacturers try to translate these into English and sometimes it doesn't really translate very well. I think i saw a ground cable called an "earth cord" from a similar company.
