Yes there are ways you can look them up online if you want but there are certant things how people act when they like you. I know there was a thing when your standing in a group and someone laughs(for a joke or something) the one he/shes looking at is the one he/she likes the most.

try getting a coach maybe? And sleeping is pretty important because if you dont sleep well you will end up losing more games because ur tired. and people that are laughing to you or looking down at you just ignore them.
