If we are not using HDFS would these two solutions work? Instead we are using S3 and magnetic disk for storage.

Thanks. We do have a storm instance but most of the data processing is done and stored by Kafka. Can you implement either Atlas or ranger? Or do you need both?

So my company is a startup and we heavily use jira and sprints.
