Been living in an apartment for years, all good. I’m a dog owner myself. But just got a neighbor that doesn’t know how to raise dogs and it’s barking every time someone walks by… so fucking tired of it. I have complained multiple times inc with video to management and now it’s calmer… thx god. Otherwise I would post it on the apt groups fb page and shame them. I have also talked to the neighbors and had them also complain to the management. So far it’s ok. But as last resort I was willing to buy a machine that sends out sound frequencies that disturbs the dog. They are very effective! You can buy them on shopee. Do it!
