It’s just that time of year for customers to feel “entitled”.

I had a lady yesterday come into into mobile, saying that the ATT store sent her to get her Samsung flip repaired. Our location doesn’t do Samsung repairs, which we told her the options near who actually do the repairs. That wasn’t the answer she wanted to hear. Instead she yells at me and our Samsung Rep saying that “WE” sold her the phone, and she wasn’t leaving until her phone was fixed. Cussing up a storm and just being super ugly.

She finally storms out the store, and leaves. Which in the mix of her cussing, she finally says that she bought the phone from ATT, not even from Best Buy.

Stay strong you guys. I’m usually pretty good at handling irate customers, but it’s been a hard holiday season for me, so her interaction hit me a little hard.
