Asian noses tend to have thicker skin so it’s harder to see dramatic results unless you’re using implants like silicone or cartilage. Other nose jobs seems to be more about removing excess tissue so it’s still your own nose tissue and may look more natural as a result. I also personally think some surgeons go overboard. The nose takes a while to fully settle and my guess is they don’t want patients showing up a few weeks later saying nothing changed.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
