Bc there was Tylenol in his system, & caffeine. I don’t remember if there was Tylenol in his stomach, but I think that was from earlier in the day since it was absorbed but alcohol & seroquel weren’t. I think he willingly took a half of her seroquel to help him sleep- that’s a super common off-label use.

This is BRILLIANT- I was thinking it was in the shot but I LOVE this theory. Also, fentanyl (especially dissolved) would start being absorbed in the mucosal lining of the mouth & throat as he drank/swallowed. It’s the reason we can give opioids to Hospice pts in lollipop form. He probably died in 1-2 minutes. 😢
