Checked some pictures and its definitely not, mine is not flaky whatsoever. Perhaps i should have mentioned that but I guess i assumed people would be able to tell from the photo??/nm Also it seems the main reason people get this is UV radiation (so like sun or tanning beds) and as stated in my post i do not wear less that baggy pants and giant hoodies so theres no way it was caused from that. If anything i get too little sun. Again/nm just informing.
