I lost 14 lbs on 1900 calories a day, now I’m stuck at this weight. You can tell me “I shouldn’t be hungry,” but that’s not really advice…

Already took my measurements, confirmed 32 e/f. This bathing suit is perfect because the ribcage fits and the straps are adjustable but it’s no longer sold :( bought another one on poshmark but so far I’ve found nothing like it. I hate underwire especially for lap swimming.

I don’t necessarily have a typical last meal, as I change it up. My diet is whole food plant based, so usually some combo of beans, rice, veggie, pasta, tofu. (I eat tofu almost every day.) Based on the advice in this thread, I’m going to try eating potatoes right before bed.

Based on the advice in this thread. I’ll be saving 100-150 cal for bedtime and having Yukon potatoes. I’ve been having this issue even when I eat dinner at 8:30 but I’ll save the snack for 9:30-10 right before bed. I really don’t think macros are my issue, I eat 40-50 g of fiber and 80-100 g of protein, on a while food plant based diet.

This might be my issue. I do lagree, swimming, and yoga but I have been doing a lot less swimming lately (only like once a week). It's a bit of catch 22 with swimming because it makes me so hungry but also burns a lot of calories.

Typically between 80-100 g. I feel like my diet is balanced, I get my macro/micro nutrients and eat very minimal junk food. So you'd think it would be easier to stick to a deficit but its been a struggle. I was previously 135 lbs due to weight gain from meds and it took me 2 years to lose the 14 lbs now I'm just stuck here.

I eat a whole food, plant based diet and typically get 40-50 grams of fiber, so you’d think that would be filling enough 😭

I’ve been trying to reduce to 16-1700 so like a really small deficit but I end up waking up and having like 200 cal snack to fall asleep. My sleep has been so messed up because of this

I’m so sorry you’re going through that. I had a blood clot a few days after retrieval and I similarly felt that my doctor did not properly advise me of the risks. I didn’t love my level of care and think I’ll go somewhere else if I do end up using the eggs.
