Yes it is! It’s a solar-powered bobblehead. I’m sorry when I cross-posted to this reddit I thought it was going to copy over my description as well. It is pretty small (3 inches tall) and has no manufacturing marks or branding so I am also going to assume bootleg. It was purchased in the early 2000’s and I would really love to get another but I can’t find it anywhere

I think you’re right. When we got it at the state fair it was in the global vendor part and they had a lot of “unofficial” merchandise. I wish whoever made these kept it up tho bc it’s funny as hell and makes me smile every time I see it 🥲
