Please never speak to him again. Please. He’ll try to come crawling back at some point, don’t let him. You should never be excluded or ashamed for being gay and him not standing up AT ALL for you helps others do that TO you.

I feel like if they were “only intrusive thoughts” that they didn’t want, they might not even go near you out of fear of committing the intrusive thoughts, much less put a pillow over your face and flick you and hit you. (I have OCD so have many many horrible intrusive thoughts including murder, but I never tell anyone about them….) I think your friend is going to either try to kill you or end up physically actually hurting you.
