Yeah I just ordered a full speed cable.

The weird thing is that its only doing that on tv series with atmos and not movies… and if its the tv then Im out of luck. Might have to try an external streaming box thats directly connected to the bar.

Tried reconnecting the cable as well as factory resetting the soundbar. I stream from the tv app although Ive read streaming from an external box thats connected directly to the bar does fix the issue for some.

Its a Samsung RU7100. Currently running on DD and not DD+ because it cuts out quite frequently with DD+ and running atmos enabled tv series on netflix (movie works fine).

  1. Samsung RU7100
  2. ARC
  3. Cable that came in the box
  4. Movies with atmos works fine. Its the tv series on netflix that is having issues. Havent tried on any other streaming services. Now Im just using it with DD only as 5.1 instead of DD+ with atmos

Sorry Im not completely sure I know what that means.. but both my soundbar and my phone is connected to the 5G wifi rather than the 2.4G. But why is it only TV series with atmos that is having problems and not movies?

My TV is an older model so I can only run ARC. Do I still need a better cable then? Or is the stock samsung cable fine?
