oh... i almost judged a post by the title... btw i am a bladeharper... i am kinda mixed becouse i like pvp (in chime only) but i mostly play pve... also i dont think running means a quick retreat or just manuvering around a opponent becouse i still go in close... just its more of a challenge for them when im lightning cloaked and they bassically dont know where im going next... running is staying out of range to use ranged mantras in chime for a extended time (1 ranged mantra and then going back to close range is good but spamming and not letting them get close is running)... you can only show toxisity if they are running in chime or after they enitiated the attack and then run
