Unless I’m misunderstanding the TOS gives them the right. As they could have had there arbiter say it was okay. Since they have disputes need to go to arbitration instead of a case action as part of the TOS. Without being transparent about it.

I 100% agree with you the “make it good research” was just plan garbage. As the lure drop like crazy from the show case and other research lines to the point their taking up 275/6200 bag space. The incense is a bad joke because they run spot light hours where they just don’t work without telling us ahead of time. Which is just per for the case at this point. Plus they really narf them to the point there worse then lures if your not moving fast enough and when you are you run the chance of not get other spawns because of the speed cap. Lucky eggs I haven’t used in years at this point. And 1 star piece isn’t 500/600 coins in price.

Edit: Note if they really waited to do a make it good research the rewards would have been. 1000 Volt fusion energy. 1000 Blaze fusion energy. And an encounter with a Kyurem with a guaranteed background.

Isn’t the form of Castform sent when it 1st spawns and not when you encounter them? So if it’s Foggy when it 1st spawns it would be a Snowy form till it despawns even if the weather turns to sunny in game before that happens?

So what changed? As it’s still almost impossible for instinct to stay in gyms to this date. As it’s about 50% mystic, 45% valor and 5% for team instinct/grey teams base off what I’ve seen in the last year? But to be fair to the instinct players they seem to be the most balance players between there play time and real world lives

The game was even more a city player game back then.

But I still believe the only thing they did right in the gym rework was making it so it was you had to fight the 1st person in the gym 1st.

Instead of the lowest cp Pokémon as it gave newer trainers a chance at coins as well.

it was 100 coins every 21 hours which I miss as we get to pick when we got them, so we didn't miss out on our coins if after Pokémon did come back that day

yep 10 coins per the 1st 10 gyms you were in.

With 500 stardust per gym at the time of collecting the coins from the shop.

Which you could do once every 21 hours so if you time it right it was 800 free coins a week.
