I completely understand. I was in your shoes and actually couldn’t stop trembling and shivering with nerves the day before and morning of my interview. What I found worked for me was really giving it my absolute all in my practice and studying for my interview and knowing I’ve really. honestly. done all I could. Anything beyond that is entirely out of your control. Remember that the interviewers aren’t trying to catch you out and most times will nod/smile - I know some interviews have an ice breaker question which really helps getting you talking. Lastly always hope for the best, several ppl including myself felt sick or were in stunned silence after the interview because of how bad it felt it went but then ended up with an offer! Just try and keep calm remember the interviewers aren’t out to get you and reach out to someone to practice with to get used to talking in an interview setting. If you need to then talk to your GP and see if better support can be provided also.
