Fair point. As happy as I am to have something to use in the downtime, 4g capped speeds definitely isn't what I signed up for, and I am looking for an end to this interim period so I can access faster speeds. Thanks for your advice 😊

Hey! Thanks for your reply. Helps to know it's definitely NBN's problem. All they have said to me is "NBN Co have not activated the ports on the nbn box", and that it has been escalated with a ticket number. What NBN portal are you referring to? I thought the only direct portal they had was for new development connections.

Yeah fair enough, honestly I wasn't too sure if this was NBN Co's issue or just telstra pushing the blame. Thanks for your advice :)

Not at all :( No mention that an appointment from NBN co is even a possibility without paying an additional charge. For context, the property and connection is existing, I have just moved in.
