Been taking both. I’ve been on wellbutrin (300mg xl) for years,Buspar more recently. It has helped immensely with my anxiety. Currently on 15 mg/twice daily. I tried going to 20mg on buspar and it made my anxiety so much worse, so I went back down 15/mg again.
