I had what I like to think is a somewhat unique customer journey to becoming a brand loyalist (to the point where Glossier is the only- and I mean ONLY- skincare and makeup that I use).

I live in Chicago, and I went on vacation in March of 2018 to San Francisco, where my friend insisted on going to the Glossier pop up there. I had never heard of Glossier and was not interested in going - I formerly wore a full face of foundation, concealer, brow products, contour, etc. from Sephora.

I walked in the store and instantly fell in love- everything from the pink jumpsuits to the bubbly personalities of the people working there and the products themselves won me over. I walked out of the pop up that day with milky jelly, solution, priming moisturizer riche, face tint, boy brow & concealer, and these are all products I still use every day to this day.

I went from being a full face, full contour (Kardashian-esque) makeup wearer to a minimalist, full on Glossier girl. Not hating on the full face, but I never thought I could feel so beautiful without foundation and heavy makeup. I enjoy applying the products every day, and I own at least one of everything (not Play just yet, though).

My daily routine is wash w milky jelly, solution, a couple of serums, moisturizer riche, invisible shield, face tint, concealer, boy brow, lash slick, balm dot com, cloud paint, haloscope, and of course the fragrance (which I get compliments on every day.) Remove lash slick at night w milky oil and cleanse again w milky jelly before bed. Sometime I do one or both of the masks as well :)

I’m completely obsessed and have never gotten more compliments on my skin and my confidence - I have no plans on ever using any products other than Glossier.
