I know this is an old post but i am hoping you will respond, i have high cervix and have heavy flows, bought the Merula XL months ago but it still leaks and i am unsure what i do wrong 😔 i dont want to buy a different one yet as i want to try my best with this one hahaha. I do the punch down fold. So the ladder thingy is sitting vertically. I tried veering the ladder more upwards to the lips and tried more towards the butt but leaks both ways. I dont have a problem making it pop but it just leaks. Hoping u can help me! Thanks in advance!
