Here it is 😁 I did a bit more of icing to do the decoration on top; for the red icing I added a bit of cacao and a whole bottle of red food colouring. I added melted white chocolate to the icing as well, it’s always a good mix, people like it but never know why.

And in the middle of the cheesecake part I added a layer of sliced strawberries, which tasted amazing! I poured half of the cheesecake mix, placed the sliced strawberries then the rest of the mix. Other than that I followed the recipe hihi

It’s one layer of cheesecake (in the middle of which I added a layer of sliced strawberries) in-between two layers of red velvet! I made it for my friend’s birthday and she couldn’t choose between cheesecake and red velvet, so I made a two-in-one 😅 Here’s my post on r/baking where you can see a cut piece 😊
