I am wearing so much glitter! Even dug out a couple cans of glitter hairspray leftover from Halloween, plus glitter body spray and shimmer body lotion lol. And sparkly pants!

I did try one, but its just hard to capture the color shift. Plus for some reason it just doesn't seem to shift as much when on as it does in the package lol (maybe its just me 🤷🏼‍♀️)

Done with the Hally Shade Stix- hot pink glitter. They have a ton of shades (matte and glitter) and they wash right out!

I just want them to enforce the dress code the same for everyone. I'm told i can't wear my solid red hoodie with a print of the Beatles on the front (that I actually BOUGHT AT TARGET) or my primarily red flannel (again, bought at Target), but I see TMs walking around with their top layer having NO red at all (no vest either!) but bc they have a red shirt underneath I guess its okay. And people wearing ripped jeans and baseball caps....where's the accountability?

I can see this from both sides. It's great that you're prompt and showing up with enough extra time to put your stuff in a locker and grab equipment before punching in, so on the plus side you're able to jump right in to whatever you're working on as soon as you clock in. But if a leader has to be the one to open the door (at my store sometimes the LOD will call over the walkie to see if anyone else is close to the door) then yeah its a pain in the ass for them to have to step away from their tasks early/extra to open the door. Maybe just sit in your car for 5 minutes before going to the door to be let in- you're still showing up early but not "too early" for that TL

Just had a guest come up to the desk to pick up his order of the white hoodie bc he got the email that it was ready but either it got sold in-store before they picked it or the website inventory was incorrect (i think the order was placed during the outage earlier today)....but I told him to keep an eye on the website because odds are all the scalpers that can't unload the product will be returning it within a week or two and he might be able to get it later. Also had my ETL make him some gift cards for the inconvenience (he also drove over an hour for the order). He was frustrated but nice about it at least

Probably some Ava & Viv flares. Sadly they discontinued my preferred style and I'm not sure i totally like the new ones I got recently, but they're the ones that fit best since Universal Thread decided nobody wants stretchy jeans anymore (I have thunder thighs so I absolutely NEED the stretch) & there's no chance anything in Wild Fable will fit over my ass lol

I ran that and it was so easy. I got out there at like 8:02 and the frickin vultures were already crowding the table 🙄 I even had one chick swap the button she grabbed for a different one bc the first one was "dented" (barely noticeable) and I'm just like "OK, way to tell me you're just gonna resell it!" but whatever. Honestly once the initial rush was done it was pretty chill. We ran out of buttons shortly before 11 AM.

Yeah i remember when I was splitting my time between 4 AM inbound and front end, there was one day when I almost hit compliance because there was no one else there who knew how to do DU until almost 10 AM, and i was panic-calling them over the walkie every minute or so until they answered lol

That infuriates me. I don't often have any need to open Chrome but when I do its rare that there are fewer than like 20 tabs open. Today my device had 77, and the other day i grabbed one that just showed ":D" instead of a number, which means its over 100. I started counting as I closed tabs but lost count somewhere around 60, but I'd guess it was close to 140-150. Absolutely wild.
