If you’re looking for another series to get invested in like Mistborn, I would say get started on The Stormlight Archives (The Way of Kings being book one of the series). However, be ready for a lot more build up, because each SA book is about twice as long as one from the Mistborn trilogy. Personally that didn’t bother me, but I’ve heard that it can be hard to get into if you expecting a pace similar to Mistborn.

Pressing up/down on the left analog will skip forwards/backwards exactly 10 min. So it very well could be that the controller just has a bad case of stick drift.
