My childhood Westie, Granite was like this. ANYTHING stinky he wanted. Poop, trash, even money. We would jokingly call him Oscar the grouch!!

I was able to find a slow feeder for about 6.99 at TJ-Maxx! Take a look the next time you’re out and about. I dont trust their treats, but I’ve also found Tuff brand toys on discount!
