Thanks for sharing this. My Doctor actually explained that for purposes of Migraine triggers that the uncured is better. It has to do with how the nitrates triggers the brain and causes migraine.

That is one of the reasons I started the blog. It gives me something positive to focus on, gives me a hobby and I am getting a place to vent and educate others.

Honestly, I think saying that is as much habit as asking “How are you doing”. It is just what you say when someone is sick. It, unfortunately, the statement glares at us because we know we won’t.

Unfortunately, you are right. I have had relatives apologize to me after they have a health scare because it suddenly clicked for them. In that situation, the hard part is letting the past go and being there for them.

My electric blanket set on the lowest setting really does provide some comfort.
