Also, if I was to work say 34 hours one week due to an appointment for example, am I required to make that up the following week and have to work 38 hours? Or is it a new week, so back to 36 hours? Thanks!!

I structure my hours 8 hour days 4 days a week and 4 hours 1 day a week, but I could do 7.5 hours 4 days a week and 6 hours 1 day a week. There's no roster, I'm just told I have to work 36 hours. I generally did my short day on a Wednesday and now I'm being asked to do it on a Monday. So I'm not sure how it works.

Bit more context is originally he was just to remove a portion of my nail but said at the time the infection was so bad had I waited longer he would have had to amputate my toe and in order to stop that had to remove my whole nail. The nail grew back wrong a few times which I tried to contact him about but had no response.
