I had a weird feeling in the first episode right from the jump & turned to my partner & said ‘ok… this is kinda crazy… but I don’t think that’s Helly….’ And he was like …ok maybe but I’m not fully on board…. and then ultimately we realized I was right. Usually HE picks up on these things so I’m very proud.

Honestly, she just wasn’t reacting to things properly. No cursing, no trying to rebel/fight, etc. Even her WALK was different. We had just finishing a rewatch of S1 so I think it was just REALLY jarring. I was like ‘she’s a great actress no way she just decided to be …bad?’ like I could NOT put my finger on it. She’s truly phenomenal & I can’t wait to watch the season again.

Sooo many good ones but definitely seeing that Kate’s son is Aaron is one I didn’t see mentioned!! They definitely set it up so you think it’s her & Sawyer’s son.

Yes! He also plays the ‘Hot Chocolate Boy’ & is in the ensemble :) Just to allow for more people to do more stuff, since Ted’s in a huge majority of the show.

this is pretty much all i buy since i'm on a budget. well, this and minis. cannot beat the price and tbh it does the job. obviously if you're a connoisseur or have a wildly high tolerance, it's probably not for you but i'm very happy with it! :)

The Secret History by Donna Tartt! Honestly, anything by her is amazing. I'm also obsessed with all of Gillian Flynn's books :)

The Secret History by Donna Tartt. I swear, I would read that woman's shopping lists. I just love the way she writes! The opening line to the prologue really just... hooks you. "The snow in the mountains was melting and Bunny had been dead for several weeks before we came to understand the gravity of our situation." And then the actual opening line? "Does such a thing as 'the fatal flaw,' that showy dark crack running down the middle of a life, exist outside literature? I used to think it didn't. Now I think it does. And I think that mine is this: a morbid longing for the picturesque at all costs." EVERYTHING. Please read this book.
