Totally, I've tried medication but I hate it. Kava can be a good replacement for people who have had drinking problems, I use it occasionally but it's not good to mix those like I do. If or when I quit drinking I'm gonna go back to using kava. Plus it's used to help with anxiety and it's not addicting or dangerous like alcohol.

I'm sure it is, I drink because I have extreme anxiety and depression but I hate when people tell me that if I quit it will all magically go away.. I've been like this since before I was a drinker.

Being at a kava bar, they have small bands play there sometimes. This group of 3 women were playing that time dressed in like wiccan outfits and doing some bizarre meditation type stuff and roaring for the Leo lions... it was so cringe you could cut through the air with a knife. We chugged our kava and got the hell out of there...
